Beverage companies that the USBRB has reviewed may use our rating seal on

their marketing materials and product packaging if they choose. However, in doing so,

they must comply with the following guidelines:

- The seal must be used with ONLY the specific product being reviewed

- The seal's shape, color, fonts, or design may not be altered in any way

- The score on the seal may not be altered in any way

- The seal may only be used when marketing to the applicable target audience - it may not be used in the context of other users
- The manufacturer understands that by being granted use of the seal, there is no transfer of the USBRB's intellectual property rights

- The USBRB reserves the exclusive right at any time, for any reason, to withdraw permission to use the seal

- The manufacturer agrees to indemnify the USBRB from any potential liabilities that arise from a manufacturer using the seal

- The manufacturer acknowledges that their use of the seal means they agree to comply with these guidelines

The USBRB will not alter any scores or disclose our proprietary algorithm for scoring; however, if a manufacturer believes something in
our review is in error (such as a product name, ingredients, flavors, etc.) they should feel free to contact us at info@usbrb.org
